Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from G&M Jewelry. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. The customer shall bear the costs of return shipping.

Please note the following conditions for returns: 

• The item must be in its original condition, unaltered, and undamaged.
• The item must be returned with the original packaging, and any accompanying certificates or documents.
• The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Custom orders are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at gm.jewelry@yahoo.com. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please do not send any items back to us without a return authorization number, as they will not be accepted.
